Out with the Old and in with the New!

After a busy and hectic holiday season AND moving to Georgia just before that, it's time for great changes! A new pattern has finally been released, as well as two new kits. Born in a Barn, Vol 4 introduces an American buffalo and a black-faced sheep, as well as our previously released turkey. All are now available in one pattern or three individual kits on CraftyAlien.com and in our etsy shop.

What's just around the corner?
  1. CraftyAlien.com will be moving to a faster server to handle the demand!
  2. We'll be adding a photo gallery of all of YOUR knitted creations as well. You can email them to photos [at] craftyalien [dot] com. Photos should be in JPG, TIF or PNG files, and at least 500 x 500 pixels. We'll crop them and make them look their best. Let us know a little information about your guys too! The best of the best will be featured right here on the Life of the Alien, so be creative and fun!
  3. More Backyard Critters! We've heard you and Lisa is hard at work designing cute new critters - almost a whole dozen more!
  4. Larger versions of our most popular designs. If you've recently ordered a kit, you may have noticed the patterns say "Small Felted Knitting Kit", this was a little pre-2008 clue and teaser. Most likely candidates to see are our hedgehog, fox, raccoon, cow as well as a few kitties. Look for these in early March - both as kits and patterns!
A little further down the road:
  1. More handcrafted items for the non-crafty!
  2. More craft patterns and kits for the non-knitters!
Stay tuned!

Arrrggghhh! I just ordered a bunch from you and now you have to tempt me again???? Your patterns are very cute - I am tucking them away for future grandchild knitting. And that, despite my eldest claiming he is going to GPS my knitting needles so they know when I am on the move to come check out all my knitted objects for their kids haven't been thrown or given away! LOL

Happy New Year.

Terrific! It's great to hear that you have more things in the works. I was starting to think that I was going to have to make lace this year! :)

Oh, I just found your site and I want to make all of the little barnyard critters. :)

I'm seriously thinking of knitting at least one of each and entering them together at the State Fair in our Knitting-Felted-Other category. Can you imagine the cute little guys being displayed? Eeee. I can. :)
